Explore the programme for this year's Surf Your Stress -Wellbeing- Week, from 25 to 29 November, and join us.

 

P.S. As tradition has it, we’ll kick off the week with a lively Breakfast Dance event. Enjoy a free breakfast to fuel your week with fresh energy! This year, you can dance in your own bubble during a silent disco hosted by Miniculture on Campus. We hope to see you there!
